Animesh is the Founder and partner.  He has managed and executed various research and consulting projects. Most of his projects involved evaluation of markets for various products and services across multiple industry verticals. Prior to his current profile, he worked at Zinnov, where he had executed project across diverse range of industries such as Education, healthcare, SMEs and IT /ITeS. He also worked/ supported Booz Allen and Hamilton (BAH) and latter with Booz & Co as part of India market partnership. Prior to Zinnov, he worked as a Research Associate in the Infrastructure Advisory Division at Feedback Venture where he focused on SEZs, roads and real estate sector.

B.Tech in Production & Industrial engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi (2005) 

Kishan is senior expert with 20+ years of experience and currently leads Ubiq Automations as its co-founder. Ubiq is an Internet of Things (IoT) company that specializes in the manufacturing of smart home products. Prior to Ubiq, he was with Zinnov as senior director, where he had supported several Fortune 500 tech clients in areas such as market entry/expansion, sales and marketing, mergers & acquisition, product management, start-up accelerator, center of innovation/excellence, channel partnerships, R&D outsourcing, product engineering. Prior to Zinnov, he worked as a Senior Research manager at Frost & Sullivan

B.E degree in Electrical, Electronics & Communications engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad

Avik is senior expert with about 10 years of experience. He is experienced Solar and Energy Specialist with a strong focus on solar resource  assessment, energy forecasting, and integration of advanced data analytics in  renewable energy projects. Currently managing business and technical  development activities for Middle East, India, and Africa markets at Solargis. it is a technology and consultancy company servicing companies involved  in the development and operation of solar power plants. Prior to Solargis, he was with  CAHORS. It is is an international group (France-based MNC) specializing in the  development of energy distribution networks and telecommunication networks.

B.Tech in Electrical engineering from JIS college of engineering (JIS) Kolkata (2016)
